The clock starts after integration (one sprint, less than two weeks) · measured as a randomised split test against a matched control, read in your own analytics · regardless of your data quality · a limited number of sprints per quarter, each measured properly.
At full scale: one predictable fee.
Set to the size of the transformation, not to seats or searches. And once the engine runs across the whole business, performance terms can enter the conversation: we can price against measured lift.
